• Workout for the week of 5/4-5/8

    Please try and do this workout 2-3 times this week.

    When your done with the workout make sure you summit DONE!!  This will be graded for the week.

    **Remember begin every workout with your stretching routine:**

    • Jog for 1 minute
    • Walk for 1 minute
    • Jog 1 minute
    • Walk 1 minute
    • Jog 1 minute
    • Walk 1 minute
    • Jog 1 minute
    • Walk 1 minute
    • Jog 1 minute
    • Walk 1 minute

    Repeat this workout 1 more time!  For a total of 10 minute Jog and 10 minute walk.

    **Remember after every workout you want to finish with some type of stretches for at least 5 minutes.**
