    2024-2025 OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR ALL BENEFITS WILL BEGIN JULY 8-AUGUST 16, 2024

    START HERE TO BEGIN ENROLLMENT ON 7/8/2024!

     Visit   or scan the QR code and click the “How to Enroll” in the menu. 

    For all benefit and login information scan the QR code or visit  and click the How to Enroll button from the menu. Click the red Enroll Now Button to login. Your login is your social security number-no dashes. Your pin is the last four digits of your social security number and the last two digits of your birth year example: (678977)

    Employees will have access to enroll online themselves or call the Employee Assistance Center for help. New hires and current employees who would like to sit down with an enroller will have the opportunity for onsite enrollment at the Administration Building or Chisholm Trail High School on the following dates:

    July 11th :   9:30 - 4:30 pm Administration Building (Discovery Lab)

    July 18th:  9:30- 4:30 pm Administration Building (Employee Entrance- look for sign in table)

    July 24th  : 10:00 - 4:30 pm - Chisholm Trail High School (Cafeteria Area)

    August 5th :   9:30 am - 4:30 pm Chisholm Trail High School (Library) Date of Convocation

    New Hires Only - August 22nd:  12:30 - 5:00 pm  Administration Building (Discovery Lab)

    If you plan to elect ActiveCare Primary or Primary+ you will need to choose a PCP prior to your enrollment. We will not be able to search for providers during your enrollment call. Search providers on the
