$1.2457 per $100 Assessed Value
Maintenance & Operations $0.7469
Debt Service $0.4988
²ÝÁñÉçÇø Homestead Exemption - $100,000In August 2024, the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD Board of Trustees adopted a school tax rate decrease of 0.15 cents per $100,000 valuation. This is the sixth year in a row that the tax rate has decreased. Keep in mind, however, that the amount on your annual tax bill is based on the value of your home, which is not set by ²ÝÁñÉçÇø. If the value of your home was increased by the Tarrant Appraisal District, and that higher home value is applied to the local school tax rate, then your overall tax bill may still increase over last year.
