Are you College Ready?
TEA (Texas Education Agency) defines college readiness by achieving one of the indicators listed below. Students will need to meet requirements in both math and ELA in any combination of Texas Success Initiative (TSI) Requirements (ACT, SAT, TSIA2, or College Prep Classes). TSI is a program designed to help colleges and universities determine if a student is ready for college-level coursework in reading, writing, and math. Not all incoming college students are required to take the TSIA2. Achieving the “TSI Met” requirements listed below will allow the student to be exempt from taking the TSIA2.
Explore the tabs below to learn about TSI Met requirements and testing opportunities available to your student.
