• Visitors to Eagle Mountain Elementary are asked to check in at the front office with a valid form of ID.

    The school day at EME begins at 7:30 AM and ends at 2:50 PM. For individual teacher schedules, you will need to contact that teacher.
     
    The "Go to Class" bell rings at 7:05 AM.
    Students are late if they are not in their classroom at 7:30 AM when the "Tardy Bell" rings.

    Kindergarten: 10:15-10:45
    First Grade: 10:50-11:20
    Second Grade: 11:25-11:55
    Third Grade: 12:00-12:30
    Fourth Grade: 12:35-1:05
    Fifth Grade: 1:10-1:40
  • Students may enter the school at 7:05 AM. The students should report to their homeroom teacher's classroom. 
     
    If you are calling to change transportation for your child(ren) we will ask for your student(s) name, teacher, and date of birth. We request changes be called into the front office (817-236-7191) no later than 2:30 PM.
     
    Dismissal is at 2:50 PM. In the event you are running late, please call and notify the front office to ensure we know when to expect your arrival. Late pick-ups after 3:00 PM will need to come into the front office to sign out your child on the computer provided for student sign-out. 
  • To enroll a student, a parent or guardian will need to visit our office and fill out the proper forms. Please be prepared to provide home and work phone numbers, physician contact information, and emergency contact information (relative or neighbor).
     
    When you come to enroll your child at EME, please bring the following:
    • Report Card from previous school (if applicable)
    • Student's Birth Certificate
    • Student's Social Security Card
    • Current Immunization Records
    • Proof of In-District Residency (electric bill, water bill, etc.)
  • All students at EME can ride a district bus. Buses pick up at various times. Please check with the EME office for details on bus pick-up. The buses usually get the students to EME by 7:30 AM.
      
     
     
    WE DO NOT EXPECT ANY CHILD TO WALK TO EME.
    Our school is not in a good place for students to use walking as their transportation. We are located way down Boat Club Rd. (which for us is now Morris Dido Newark Road) with no crosswalks and is a VERY busy road.
     
    PLEASE HELP KEEP OUR STUDENTS SAFE BY LETTING THEM RIDE THE BUS OR BY BRINGING THEM TO SCHOOL.
     
    Please remember that if a student's usual afternoon transportation changes, you must contact the school BY 2:30 PM so we have time to inform the teacher. We cannot guarantee the changes will take effect unless you call BY 2:30 PM.
